Please join us for a free seminar for professional journalists, plus a free networking lunch. Registration must be received by Monday, February 24, to ensure the free lunch.
Professional journalists, working in any medium, can build their data/investigative skills, their narrative storytelling abilities and their knowledge of HIV/AIDS. Come if you have HIV/AIDS as a part of your ongoing beat or if you only have a general interest. Regardless you'll come away with new story ideas (big picture, local, historic, investigative and features and arts oriented), new data/investigative/research skills and contacts so you can hit the ground running.
The seminar is free and includes lunch if registration is completed by Monday, February 29; registration will remain open after Monday while space remains available but lunch cannot be guaranteed.
When: Saturday, March 5
Where: Emory University Robert W. Woodruff Library, Jones Room, 540 Asbury Circle, Atlanta
This seminar is made possible by a partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
